Level 1 - Open Enrollment Only

Designed to meet the needs of those who only want open enrollment support, Level 1 gives the employer the ability to complete their annual benefits enrollment completely online. All employees can access the system via the Internet in a secure environment. Once the enrollment is complete, American Fidelity provides the employer with the inclusive electronic records of the enrollment for input into their systems.

 

Level 2 - Open Enrollment And New Employees

As implied, Level 2 service gives the employer the ability to continue enrolling new employees in benefits as they are added throughout the year. On a periodic basis, American Fidelity will provide updates of new employee activity to the employer.

 

Level 3 - Open Enrollment With Year-Round Services

Level 3 service provides the employer with all of the benefits of Level 1 and Level 2 with the added benefits of giving the employees ability to update their own personal data, review benefits communications pieces and complete other Human Resources forms throughout the year.
